Arcanum MVCTC FFA Members Earn State Championship in Grain Merchandising

Arcanum MVCTC FFA is celebrating a major achievement as four of its members were named state champions in the Ohio FFA Grain Merchandising Contest.

The winning team—Ben Hartman, Logan Brinksneader, Charlie Weiss, and Lance Brinksneader—demonstrated exceptional knowledge and skill in grain marketing, analysis, and decision-making to secure the top spot at the state level.

The Grain Merchandising Contest challenges students to apply real-world agricultural business concepts, including market analysis, risk management, and sales strategies. Success in this contest reflects not only technical understanding but also the ability to think critically and make informed decisions in a fast-moving industry.

This accomplishment highlights the strength of the Arcanum MVCTC FFA program and its commitment to preparing students for careers in agriculture and agribusiness.
