MVCTC’s First Remote Learning Day Is Friday, October 9

MVCTC’s first Remote Learning Day of the 2026–27 school year will be Friday, October 9, 2026. Students should not report to MVCTC that day. Instead, they will complete assignments remotely.

Teachers will provide assignments for each class by Thursday, October 8, or earlier. Students can complete the assignments on their own schedule; live online attendance is not required.

All assignments must be completed and submitted by Wednesday, October 14, at 2:30 p.m. Completed assignments will count toward both attendance and grades for October 9. Students who miss the deadline may receive an unexcused absence and an incomplete or zero for the assignment.

Students who need a computer or internet access may work on their assignments at MVCTC from October 12–14, including before or after the regular school day. Seniors in the MVCTC School-to-Work program do not need to complete a career-technical lab assignment, but must complete assignments for their academic and elective classes.

Students should review their assignments, plan ahead, and contact their teachers with questions.
